Low Flow Air/Oxygen Blenders (For the NICU and L & D)
The Low Flow blender has been specifically designed for the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and the Labor & Delivery units where a blended gas source is required and flow usages of less than 30 lpm are needed. The Low Flow blender has an accuracy range that can go all the way to 0 lpm and is very cost effective to operate with only a 3 lpm bleed flow (when active). If the application requires a flow output higher than 30 lpm (such as with an adult high flow cannula), please see "OTHER" blender category.
Other Blenders - High Flow-High/Low-Mid Flow
When the desired flow usage is greater than 30 lpm, a blender from this category should be used. Depending on the maximum and minimum flow usage that is required, there are 3 sub-categories to consider: High Flow: (flow use from 15 lpm to 120 lpm), High/Low Flow: (flow use from 2 lpm-108 when 12 lpm bleed flow is activated), Mid Flow: (flow usage from 0-50 lpm when 6 lpm bleed flow is activated).

Bio-Med Devices offers many breathing circuits for our ventilators as well as the ventilators of other manufacturers. We make both disposable and reusable breathing circuits in a variety of lengths and can custom design one to fit your particular needs. Additionally, we also offer three disposable test lungs (1 Liter, 500 ml and 64 ml). Disposable exhalation valves are also available.
